We provide services that do and do not include tangible products. We reserve the right to cancel any service at any time for any reason with NO REFUND, NO CREDIT, NO TRANSFERING. 

By agreeing to receive ANY of our or Brittany Ebert's services you agree and understand you are waiving your right to arbitrate, mediate, sue or take any legal action against Brittany Ebert or B.E. Present Endeavour's, LLC. If client cancels for ANY reason they forfeit all rights, products and services finished or unfinished, and forfeit/waive ALL right to sue, mediate, or arbitrate.
